The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ColdCut and are protected by intellectual property laws. Scripts and content you generate using the Service belong to you. We do not claim ownership over the content you create.
ColdCut uses AI language models to assist in generating script content. You acknowledge that:
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColdCut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
